Isolation and characterization of endophytes from Alternanthera philoxeroides, and extraction of crude extract from endophytes
Study of the biological activities of the crude extract by different methods, characterization, and identification of compounds from the crude extract

Using several computational tools, such as Molecular docking, Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation tools such as Gromacs, Desmond, and YASARA, SNPs retrieval from database, and filtering deleterious SNPs by bioinformatics algorithms.
